I had of course heard of the story of Pandora's box, but I had never actually read it. So when I opened it and saw how short it was, I was pleasantly surprised at its simplicity. I love the story, as it is a fun way of imagining how evil entered the world. I had never known the detail about the little bug called Hope, because to me it always seemed like such a dark story, and nothing redeemable came out of it. I like the Hope bug. It is my favorite character in the story.
An evil I would like to rid the world of is cheating (in a relationship). To me, this is one of the most heartless, cold things a person can do to someone else. The deceit required to cheat on someone is incredibly harmful to all people involved. I can't imagine how guilty I would feel if I were to cheat on someone. I would simply not be able to live with myself. I was a victim of it in middle school, and even though it was on a very small and insignificant scale, I was still deeply hurt by it. Even now, I sometimes struggle with trust issues because of it.
Another evil that I would like to disappear is Robin Van Persie. He's a traitor and it was difficult to even type his name without gagging.
