If you hear the name Noah in a biblical reference, you will probably think of Noah's Ark. God told Noah to build an ark for his loved ones and him for protection of the horrendous flood to come. This flood was supposed to kill all living things on Earth. God also instructed Noah to bring two of all living creatures to the ark, including a male and a female. Seven pairs of all of the animals were brought to the ark, with all of the food that could be stored for the animals. Noah obeyed God's commands and would be thankful he did because after they entered the arc, it rained for forty days and nights. The waters flooded earth for one hundred and fifty days, and everything on earth was wiped out. Noah and his family patiently waited for eight months to let the flood settle and calm down. After an entire year, God told Noah he could come out of the arc. Noah thanked God by building an altar and worshiping the Lord. In the end, God said to Noah, "Never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth." God then set a rainbow in the clouds, showing truth to his words.
An animal that fascinates me is dolphins. Well, if you know me, I obviously love water, so this may be a logical conclusion. They are just so interesting and wouldn't it be awesome to be a dolphin and be able to jump out of the water like that? Or kiss little girls and give them dolphin rides and make them so happy? The noises they make are also awesome and unique. Being a dolphin just sounds like a great life; they live in the ocean and swim around and play all day basically.
The world will end in fire because fire is just way more intimidating and dramatic. It is much faster than ice, in my opinion, and it would be more painful. The thought of everyone burning to death is a bad image in my head, so I hope to never have to witness anything like this. The fire would burn everything and every life down, making the world lifeless with no purpose, ending it for all.
This is a photo from the movie Evan Alrighty. Even though it is a comedy, I think of it when I think of Noah's Arc, and it really was the first thing to help me fully understand the story of Noah's Arc!
