If I could bring a character to life, it would be Susan from Stargirl. I think she’s a pretty neat gal and would be a good motivator to stay weird. She is, essentially, the ultimate hipster who breaths out sunshine with everything she says. However, my favorite thing about Susan is her imperfections, because I know it’s impossible to constantly be a perky nonconformist, so it’s comforting to see her struggle through life in the same ways I do.

Pygmalian and Galatea
Pygmalion had a really rough love life. After several failed human relationships, he decided to take up sculpting and made his dream girl out of ivory. Little did he know, he would fall in love with his beautiful creation. After some time of being in love with an inanimate object, he finally prayed to the gods at the festival of Aphrodite that his sculpture would come to life. When he returned home, Galatea- the sculpture- came to life and went on to give birth to Pygmalion’s child Paphos.
