Cupid and Psyche

So, we all know Cupid has to do with love. Maybe something about an arrow, but what's the real story? A king a queen had three daughters, basically a lot of drama to come. The youngest daughter is the prettiest and most attractive. Aphrodite was jealous of Psyche's image and beauty, so she seeks out her jealousy and sends her son Eros to shoot her with an arrow to make her fall in love with the ugliest man in the world. In the mean time, he was so infatuated with her beauty that he shot himself with an arrow to make him fall in love with Psyche. Aphrodite gets mad and curses Psyche to never get a husband. Eros is angered by this harm to his love and stops shooting his arrows, but then finally Aphrodite tells Eros he can have his love Psyche. Psyche's parents take her to a palace with the perfect man, but she isn't allowed to see his face. Her sisters convince her that the man must be a monster and so ugly, and Psyche gives in and wants to see for herself. This infuriates Eros, so he abandons her. Psyche is heartbroken and goes to Aphrodite who makes her sick and in a deep sick. Then, Eros comes to the rescue and cures her, marries her, and makes her his goddess! And they live happily ever after. <3
The best love story ever:not to be a complete basic white girl, but THE NOTEBOOK. duh. it's not even a question. The two go through so much, are separated by force and by her mom hiding the 365 letters that Noah wrote her. He wrote her every single day for a year, with absolutely no response. And she wasn't getting any:( But then they end up together and so in love and everything is perfect. Without all of the technology, we would have much better love stories. My grandma has all of these adorable letters from my grandpa, including all the ones he wrote while at war. Now a days, you screenshot a text. I'm like "aw that's so nice i'll screenshot it then it will eventually be deleted." Soo, I won't be having cute screenshots saved when I am a grandma.
